- App Usage Fee : Free (No additional charge for parents, grandparents, or anyone else who watches the child) (No additional charge for parents, grandparents, or any number of people watching over the child)

* There is no restriction on the contracted smartphone carrier of the guardian (any carrier, even a low-cost SIM smartphone can be used to watch over the child)
* A smartphone that can use this application is required.
Monthly usage fee will be charged from the day you charge your BoT device for the first time, and will be charged on the same day every month thereafter.
In case of cancellation, the service will be unavailable from the date of cancellation.

When do I have to pay the monthly fee?

Monthly billing will start when you start using BoT Talk.

You will not be billed for the monthly fee when you purchase a BoT Talk device. You will be charged when you register your new BoTalk device with the BoT application and charge your new device. The monthly fee will be charged on the same day each month. (Since the last day of the month varies by month, customers who start using the service at the end of the month may automatically receive an adjustment.)

Can I suspend or cancel my subscription?

Temporary suspension or termination of subscription is not available.

BoT's SIM lines and cloud servers that are always on standby incur fixed maintenance costs💸 even if you do not use them, which are covered by the monthly fee.

If the SIM line could be suspended and resumed, the monthly fee would increase and the customer would be required to pay several months' worth of overhead costs.

Can I reuse BoT Talk once I have cancelled it?

Reuse is not possible.

We advise our customers to purchase a new device rather than canceling the subscription, as they will have to pay the same level of expenses as the purchase price of a new device in order to be able to use BoT Talk again.

How do I pay the fees?

What is the battery life?

When using the battery priority mode (minimum 3-minute interval), the "GPS Plan" can be used for 2 weeks to a little over a month on a single charge, and the "GPS & Talk Plan" for 1 week to a little over 3 weeks.

*Battery life varies greatly depending on signal conditions and other factors, so please consider it as a guide only.
* Depending on the usage environment, the battery may need to be recharged in one to two days regardless of the mode.

How can you offer high quality and performance at a reasonable price?

This is because we are the only company in Japan to offer this service at 1/3 the margin by integrating the terminal manufacturer, telecommunications carrier, and service provider into a single company.

Usually, three companies are involved in the process of providing a watch-keeping service, but BeSize Corporation, the provider of BoT, is the only company in Japan (🇯🇵) to provide all of these services. Therefore, the margin is 1/3, and the service is seamless, easy to use, and of high quality.

BoT is equipped with high-performance sensors such as the high-precision GPS positioning IC from U-blox of Switzerland 🇨🇭, and all BoT products are manufactured in Japan 🇯🇵Made In Japan. All BoT products are inspected under the strictest standards to ensure that they are high performance devices that are designed to watch over your children, and are offered at reasonable prices by eliminating intermediate margins, shipping directly from the factory and manufacturer costs.

Does it have a security buzzer function?

Kids are curious. (That's a very good thing, kids are like that 😊) Whenever there is a security buzzer or SOS button, we tend to 🖲 👈 want to press it.

In fact, in a watch-and-wait initiative conducted by Shinagawa Ward, 99.98% of the calls made by children's terminals were not emergency cases. While buzzers and SOS buttons can lead to parents feeling anxious💦, BoT Talk allows you to communicate with your child with your voice, so you can rest assured that something is wrong😌.

Can I use it to watch over something other than my child?

Although the BoT is designed to watch over children, it can also be used to watch over the elderly or distant family members, and may be used to watch over valuable items or pets.

What are the conditions for returns and cancellations?

You can cancel your order as soon as it is placed (before the delivery process is completed).
Once the ‍
shipping process is completed, you cannot cancel the order and it will be shipped 🚚 to you. In that case, you can return the items you received and receive a refund by completing the return procedure. (The product must be a new, unopened product. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.)

How long does it take for delivery and what is the delivery method?

Usually delivered in 1-3 business days. The package will be delivered to your mailbox by Yuh-Packet.

This method of delivery is intended to reduce the risk of contact with the recipient, to reduce the manpower requirements of the shipping company (🚚 due to redelivery), and to reduce the environmental impact (🌏).

TIPS 👉When you cancel your old device, please scroll down to the bottom of the BoT app screen and go to "People" > Payment Information > Monthly Fee Payment History and check the monthly payment date of your monthly fee. This will minimize duplicate payments and avoid waste.

What is the difference between ‍BoT Talk and GPS BoT?

'

BoT Talk is the latest AI watchdog robot that adds a new function of sending/playing back recorded voice (talk) to the GPS watchdog function that always knows where your child is via your smartphone.

It enables two-way voice communication from mom and dad to child and from child to mom and dad, so that you can watch over your child with more peace of mind.

*Talks are sent and received at approximately 1 minute intervals. It is not completely real-time communication.
*Depends on docomo LTE signal environment.

Can ‍BoT talk be brought to school?

'

The default setting for BoT Talk is ringtone off. Talk can be delivered silently so it does not interfere with class and can be brought to school (and ringtone can be played if necessary).

*Please consult your teacher if there are any relevant school rules.

What is the maximum length of ‍talks that can be recorded?

'

Recording time is between 1 second and 40 seconds.

After ‍charging , the white LED light on the BoT device is still twirling.

'

If you charge BoT Talk without "Connecting BoT and smartphone", the LED light on the BoT device may twinkle white. please perform "Connecting BoT and smartphone" when you receive BoT Talk.

Once BoT and your phone are connected, please charge your phone for a while (please wait until the white LED light turns red while charging). When both "Connecting BoT and smartphone" and "Charging" are completed, the cruise will stop.

The "Delivery is in progress" indicator on the app screen will disappear and the current location of the BoT (your child) will be displayed on the map.
‍* Please make sure that the person who pays the monthly fee (the subscriber) performs "Connecting BoT and smartphone" first.
