Monthly billing will start when you start using your new GPS BoT.

You will not be charged monthly when you purchase your GPS BoT device. You will be charged when you register your new GPS BoT device to the BoT app and charge the new device for the first time. You will be charged on the same day each month. (Customers who start using the service at the end of the month may be automatically adjusted because the end of the month differs from month to month.)

Temporary suspension of subscription is not available.

GPS BoT's SIM line and cloud servers that are always on standby incur fixed maintenance costs even if you do not use them, which are covered by the 480 yen tax exclusion.

If the SIM line could be suspended and resumed, the monthly fee would increase, and the customer would be required to pay several months' worth of expenses.

It cannot be reused.

We recommend that customers purchase a new device rather than canceling their GPS BoT, as they will need to pay the same level of overhead* as the purchase price of a new device in order to use it again.
We ask customers to send their cancelled handsets to their local small home appliance recycling ♻️ box or to our recycling ♻️ center for recycling and reprocessing.

Other costs incurred in making the terminal usable again: replacement of communication lines, replacement of aging batteries and other parts, disassembly, reassembly, re-inspection, shipping costs, operation and management costs, etc.

This is the period of time until the battery runs out completely, not a "low battery notification", when calculated and experimented on the use case of an elementary school student in a general radio wave environment. Battery life is not a guaranteed value, as it can go up or down significantly depending on the radio wave environment and usage scenario. Please consider it as a guideline only.

All products are inspected under the strictest standards to ensure that they are high performance devices that are designed to watch over your children, and are offered at reasonable prices by eliminating intermediate margins, shipping directly from the factory and manufacturer's costs.

A security buzzer is something you dare to show off; we think of GPS BoT as something you carry in your bag.

A security buzzer is to deter suspicious people, so it should be visible from the outside, and the buzzer can be pulled easily. On the other hand, we recommend that you keep the GPS BoT in your bag to watch over your children.
Also, children are curious. (That's a very good thing. Kids are like that 😊) They tend to want to press 🖲 👈 the security buzzer or SOS button when they see one.
